Purpose

What's the purpose of this thread?

To understand, you must have been on Metroid Universe. They had a good idea with the requests and character sheets separations. Anyone can modify their character to be obscene, but only the one marked in the character sheets thread would be the official one. It helps prevent GodModding, I think. At least, that's what I thought their layout served. You or I must approve a character sheet and any modifications and will edit the post of the official character sheet. Make sense?

Yeah, seperating applications and approved characters is a good idea. It's not productive, slogging through half-assed character sheets for someone to find yours. Or vice-versa, for approval staff.
But yeah, same setup's on Metroid Universe (and my forum, ha ha, old chap!), simply because it works properly.

Also, old bean, on a side note... I seem to be a Moderator in name only... I think (from my messing about, so far, anyway), that you've to specifically give permissions to an individual and/or group to moderate stuff. (Groups have some extra permissions as default, as far as I know.)
Methinks you just slapped me a Mod title... Unless you plan to designate me to a certain area later.
